Marc Leblanc is one of the Moncton fly tying scene’s most respected tiers. Marc is as comfortable with tying classic flies as he is with tying traditional patterns for the Miramichi where he has fished his whole life. Marc’s flies are just plain fabulous.
Marc has been contributing generously to the US Winter Event for years. One of my friends brought one of last year’s collections and had it up at Campbell’s last June. The flies were simply meticulous.
